I am a member of the Team Research Lab and a current Master's student at the University of Essex's School of Rehabilitation, Sport and Exercise Psychology. My research, conducted in collaboration with Tristan Mayglothling, focuses on the mental welfare and wellbeing of elite athletes.
I graduated from the Alma Mater Studiorum University of Bologna in 2020 with an Upper Second Class Honours degree in Psychological Sciences and Techniques (BSc). During my Bachelor's degree, I was involved with the local rugby team's organizational level, which piqued my interest in the subject of sport psychology.
Outside of studying, my hobbies include travelling, reading, writing and meeting new people from various backgrounds. During my high school years, I had the opportunity to go to different countries to work and study, which allowed me to learn about other cultures and build friendships from all over the world! I used to participate in a variety of activities, including swimming, tennis, horseback riding, and athletics.
